These terms apply when you use Healthful Preflight. Healthful is operated by Jameson Daines.

Use the service for authorized design work

You may submit prototypes and screenshots that you own or are allowed to review. You keep ownership of your content. You give Healthful permission to process it only as needed to produce and operate the report.

Do not submit patient information

You must not submit protected health information, identifiable patient information, confidential clinical records, illegal content, or content you do not have permission to use. Healthful may reject or delete a submission that breaks this rule.

The report is product-design input

Healthful uses an AI model and can miss problems or produce an unsupported finding. A report is not clinical advice, legal advice, an accessibility audit, a security review, a human-factors validation, or regulatory approval. Your team is responsible for checking the findings and making product decisions.

Availability and limits

The free preflight may be rate-limited. Reports expire after 30 days. Healthful may change, pause, or stop the service, particularly while it is being tested. Do not use the private report link as your only copy of important work.

Paid reports

Prices shown before public checkout opens are launch plans, not an offer to charge your card. When paid sales open, the checkout page will show the final price, included work, refund terms, and seller details before you pay.

Reasonable responsibility

Healthful is provided without a promise that every problem will be found. To the extent allowed by law, Jameson Daines is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, clinical outcomes, or decisions made from a report. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
