Healthful is operated by Jameson Daines. This page explains what happens to information you submit to Healthful Preflight.
What Healthful collects
A preflight includes your six context answers and 1–8 screenshots. The browser resizes the screenshots and removes the original file metadata before upload. Healthful also records the finished report, its private link, and any helpful or unhelpful feedback you send.
The site uses self-hosted Plausible Analytics for basic visit counts. It does not use advertising trackers or sell personal information.
How the review is processed
The screenshots and context are sent to OpenAI’s API to generate the report. Healthful asks the API not to store the response as application state, and OpenAI says API data is not used to train its models unless the account owner opts in. OpenAI may still retain content in abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days under its standard controls. See OpenAI’s data controls.
How long Healthful keeps it
Uploaded screenshot data is held in memory while the review runs and is discarded after the analysis request. The report and feedback remain available through the private link for up to 30 days, then are deleted automatically.
Do not submit patient information
Healthful is not configured to receive protected health information. Do not submit names, dates of birth, record numbers, appointment details, patient messages, faces, or any other information that can identify a patient. Use synthetic screens or content that your organization has properly de-identified.
Your choices
You can ask for a report to be deleted before its normal expiry by emailing [email protected] from the address you used when contacting Healthful and including the private report link.
